APPSC Notification 2013 – 48 Medical Officer Vacancies:
Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued
notification for the recruitment of the 48 Medical Officers (Unani) in
A.P.Unani Medical Services under Ayush Department for filling SC/ST
Backlog Vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 29-06-2013
to 24-07-2013. Other details like age limit, educational qualification,

Age Limit: Candidates
lower age should not be below 18 years and should not exceed 55 years as
on 01-07-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Degree in Unani awarded by a University in
India established or incorporated by or under central Act or State Act
or Provincial Act or any institution recognized by the University Grants
Commission or any statutory Board of the State Government after having
undergone a regular course of institutional study in the Unani both in
theory and practical for a period not less than 4 1/2 years duration in a
teaching institution recognized by the University or State Government
with one year compulsory internship.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination.
Application Fee:
Candidates has to pay the fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only)
towards application processing fee. However, all candidates are exempted
from payment of Fee. The SC/ST Candidates belonging to other states are
not entitled to apply as it is a backlog Recruitment.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.apspsc.gov.in from 29-06-2013 to 24-07-2013.

1. Log on to www.apspsc.gov.in and enter the basic personal details.
2. Take print of downloadable Challan after submission of personal details.
3. After payment on the next working day revisit website.
4. Select the online application link and fill all marked details carefully.
5. Upload photograph and signature at places provided
6. Click on submit button for successful completion of Application.
